The allocations don't seem unreasonable. Without knowing the amount in each account and your intended annual withdrawals I can't really give any detailed advice. Bolstering ACA coupled with universal basic coverage would be a more effective start. When I say basic, I’m talking about going to the ER because of some reason like a car accident and the end result is that you don’t go bankrupt.
