MELI and NU look weak today, dont see news

u/Strict_Foundation_31 in r/ValueInvesting • 22 hours, 1 minute ago

Not realistic expectations, but hoping for big pullbacks in either MELI or ASML.

Sold all my AMZN just now. My DnD being there has been drastically fewer package delivery trucks passing thru my neighborhood recently. Moving the money to MELI, Meta, and leave some in money market or gold .

Alot of them.. NVDA, AMD, MU, FSLR, KD, NBIS, MELI, SE and many more

u/lankamonkee in r/ValueInvesting • 4 days, 23 hours ago

Will this company and $MELI end up having a race to the bottom for payments?

u/LargeSinkholesInNYC in r/ValueInvesting • 6 days, 18 hours ago

You should sell ASML, ADBE, CNSWF, NVO and MELI and replace them with XLK.

u/troyjanman in r/ValueInvesting • 6 days, 22 hours ago

lRCX - Lam research AMAT - Applied Materials ASML IBM AMZN AMD MELI (I’d consider tech adjacent - similar to AMZN’s marketplace but for South America) SN - SharkNinja (consumer durables, but I’m looking at it to benefit from the robotics/AI advancements) HON - Honeywell

Palo is better than adbe any day. Baba is better than MELI. You got ZERO hedge against a tech correction. Perhaps PFF? FSLR is a dud while DJT is president. Go nuclear instead. And ALWAYS 2-3% gold. Set and forget.

u/IDreamtIwokeUp in r/ValueInvesting • 1 week ago

* AMZN - Your best stock. Although there are concerns about AWS growth rates and Amazon ads getting a bit greedy. * GOOG - I'm contrarian bearish. For all the fancy AI talk...at the end of the day they are mostly an online adverting company. Online ad spending growth has …

Yeah, usually at one time only 1/3 of the S&P 500 is undervalued and it’s hard to find them because it’s not easy to go through that many stocks. But I can give you a few of them which are currently extremely cheap and are probably just no brainer buys: …

Just sharing what I bought on Wednesday 27th I wrote this as part of this week’s commentary on my Reddit page. (**Caveat emptor**: whenever I write about a stock, it tends to go down in the immediate term. ) —————- 1. Portfolio B: I bought a bit more Coupang and …

I have MELI, its financials are a joke for a long term hold. Daniel Pronk has a good video breaking their financials down. Just need to watch se what amazon do in that region but they seem to be cooking Amazon atm

Financials seem like a good bet SPGI, MSCI, V/MA, MCO I like UBER and MELI at these prices. All of these seem somewhat defensive against AI, but are battling some other "existential" threat that won't actually impact them.

Bill Ackman says he’s buying a new stock. Which one could it be? Bill Ackman just said he’s *“finishing due diligence on a company (they’ve) wanted to own for years - now available at a bargain price.”* Which company do you think he’s talking about? $META, $MELI, $ADBE….. maybe even …

Built a decent 3% position in MELI and BN. I have some regrets about how active I was this year, probably would be up way more had I logged in only once a month. But all in all, I feel very good about my portfolio for the short and long …

Evaluate my Roth IRA portfolio So since 1st of October I went from being 60% up YTD to now being almost flat YTD. I'm mentally frustrated given the amount of time I spend looking at my stocks and trying to make the best decisions. This is my Roth IRA account …

How does everyone feel about MELI in its current value? Is it a buy at where it is right now?

u/Historical_Air_8997 in r/stocks • 1 week, 6 days ago

Your first 5 picks are decent, though GOOG, MSFT, AMZN and META are like 15-20% of spy so it’s pretty concentrated in 4 companies. That aside; the rest of your picks suck. I’m all for picking small caps working on the future, but yours aren’t good. AUR - what’s their …

For a non Mag 7 stock, id go with MELI Good growth due to secular tailwind of growth of Latin America. They are the only company to have >30% revenue growth for 27 quarters in a row. Strong moat to weather headwinds with all their logistics/warehouses built out for ecommerce …

Added to my positions in MNDY (22% more shares), PRCT (14%), PGNY (15%), CROX (11%), and MELI (3%). Cash position went from 12.3% of my total cost basis to 11.3%.

u/MitchCurry in r/stocks • 3 weeks ago

On a reverse DCF with a 30% FCF margin, MELI is priced for 1.5% revenue growth annually over the next 10 years (they've reported 31% and 34% the past two years). Drop FCF margin expectation to 25% and it's 4%. Over the past 10 years, their FCF margin is 26%. …
