$RICK Current market cap is 1/4 of the value of the real estates they own and the cash flow Selling is pure mechanical (eg negative Gemma) 80% of their clientele is rich boomers (Disclosure: my dca is $24. I’m not adding rn, since there’s still broad market selling risk.)
