There's a variation on selling early that's cost me a lot. Buy at a nice low price, thesis is simply that stock or sector is out of favor for any one of a number of reasons that happen all the time. Stock shows some sign of life, fails at prior …

WMT WM COST KO
WMT gets told to eat the tariff and the share continues to go up yet tariffs are hurting other companies?
Meh, it’s a long term hold anyways. I don’t see anyone unseating them. It’s also a different product than youtube imo. Wide moat & somewhat of a consumer staple now. It’s sort of like owning COST or WMT imo. (High multiple & best in class). I’ll be accumulating.
nobody talks about $WMT enough here...
WMT LFG
WMT another day of 1%
Semis and consumer goods importers WMT, COST NKE.
I’m also in on WMT. Recent reports that even the upper middle income bracket are shopping at WMT = bullish.
I'm up 102% on WMT equity position though, not options because I'm gay
WMT I did quite well with WMT in ‘24, trying again in ‘26. Small position because my order didn’t fill. Got these at .74 and .76. Nothing to really discuss, just posting in case others want a relatively safe play.

None of those. Buy WMT
-I would remove PG and put WMT -comcast is in free fall beware! -also consider GT if you like boring titles
Ah yes, WMT the famously fast growing tech company that is trading at a forward PE of ~40, much higher than MSFTs of ~30. Here’s the real bubble folks.
My portfolio is the following, equal weighted(can't be bothered to type it out manually, hoping it pastes from a spreadsheet well): || || |AVGO| |NVDA| |META| |JPM| |NFLX| |PLTR| |WMT| |V| |ORCL| |CSCO| |FIX| |TWLO| |CW| |CIEN| |TLN| |USFD| |WWD| |LITE| |FLEX| |CASY| |IDCC| |AWI| |DY| |TTMI| |EAT| |SANM| |CTRE| …
GOOG, WMT, AMD, BAC
ASTS, NVDA, WMT
AMZN.....WMT.....
BRK CVX KO WMT ENB
I de-risked my portfolio and trimmed or completely sold off most of my holdings over the past two weeks. The only ones that I left untouched was GOOG, WMT and JPM. I think GOOG is still the most undervalued of the mag7 stocks.
Anecdotally I think that WMT has the risk of growing negative sentiment by showing record growth and profits while underpaying their employees in an economic downturn. I honestly believe that Target is a prime example of poor sales due to reduced foot traffic and purposeful boycotting by a large portion …
I actually think WMT has better growth potential but Costco is a solid company
Recession proof stocks WMT, MCD, JNJ etc
WMT
(copypasted from my deleted post) Currently at 30 shares of WMT thanks to the Associate Stock Purchase Plan (15% match up at $70 per pay cycle). Should I continue to stack up this stock or should I sell a large portion of WMT and throw it into VOO/other high performing …
MCD, CMG, HD, DIS all show consumer sentiment is at an all time low. WMT is up but that could be a sign high earners are looking for cost savings.
Because WMT did a 3-for-1 split in 2024 (so $120 pre-split equals $40 now) and its low-margin, grocery-heavy mix with a already-elevated multiple means beating SPY doesn’t automatically push the absolute price higher, you can find more information at mr-profit com.
Favorite correction buys What are you buying if there is a correction in the next 6 months? Interested to learn everyone’s strategy. I’m looking for ~10-15 year growth investments with moderate to high risk. What are you avoiding? My portfolio is: NVDA, AMZN, AVGO, WMT, UBER, RBLX, NKTR
Shout out to WMT for ruining everything.
Just noticed that WMT went to as low as mid 80s around April.. I would have backed up the truck to buy the dip on that one.
Bullish on WMT
WMT
WMT WMT is just beginning to take off and will be competing with AMZN. Up nicely yesterday, but that is nothing. WMT is moving to NASDQ in two weeks… why you ask? They are going all in to complete online using AI to compete w/ AMZN. Stock is going to …
WMT is beating S&P500 by 10% for the year - how is it not 120+ already ? See title, but basically here are my thoughts. Walmart is a company everyone knows, and they are continuing to grow with no signs of stoppage in sign. They cover multiple markets, verticals, and …
if it was the jobs report, treasuries would've rallied more and it would've happened earlier in the day. Also WMT had the biggest gains today, which is very consumer oriented.
And yet WMT move +6.5%
Very difficult to say without knowing when she invested, how much, if she added over time, if she reinvested dividends etc. Walmart IPO'd in Oct. 1970 at $16.50/share. It is now $106/share, however it has undergone many splits. If you bought one share at the IPO and did nothing else, …
Half of my portfolio is WMT, so I had a very good day today.
WMT switching to the Nasdaq ...................................... that is pretty wild ! not like it means anything but .....................
WMT holding up my game..
Fuck short sellers and fuck Congress for being bought and paid for. Fuck the SEC for the do nothing fucks that they are....and I don't own any NVDA....but I do own a lot if WMT.
Where are the AMZN/TGT fanboys? YALL AINT CLOCKING that WMT standing on business!
What are the best stocks to buy in a recession besides GLD? On my list are WMT, MCD, TJX. Whatelse? May be gun stocks? SWBI?
WMT is bubble resistant! lol
When retail staples like WMT, TGT, GIS, DLTR or utilities lead, look out below.
WMT
That’s easily a “hold forever” position. It will go up and down, but there’s never going to be a time when you won’t be glad to have it. COST, WMT, and a couple others will not have the gains of growth stocks, but they pump when recession fears flare and …
WMT is trading at a PE of 40 whilst forecasting 5% year over year REVENUE growth. That sentence explains everything you need to know about the market right now. This market has thought there were going to be three 2025 rate cuts since before the election in 2024. Despite that, …

WMT is letting uber eat their lunch. Allowing them to mark up on their hard work to distribute locally. They need to tighten up on the uber shopper system and squeeze some of the free cash out of it. That’s what I’d focus on as CEO
Straddle play on WMT for 1dte? This morning.

When is WMT acquiring KMART? Edit: Whoops meant Target. 👀
WMT earnings looking nice, buying LEAPs
We should raise rates in December with the WMT beat
Ok WMT did their part, just jobs left to not nuke us
>Chief Financial Officer John David Rainey said consumer habits didn’t change during the quarter, as shoppers spent selectively and looked for deals. He said Walmart has gained those “value-seeking” customers across incomes, both because of the economic backdrop and its own strategic moves. >“Consumers are looking to do business with …

are we opening +2%? who cares about job numbers and WMT earnings as long as AI trade amirite
Dear WMT, Don’t fk this up
TGT spending $5 billion on CapEx is laughable. Maybe spend a few million updating your crappy website. Meanwhile, COST and WMT are taking the retail shoppers who leave the house.
>2. “Suspicious Revenue Recognition” >Burry warned that many AI companies may be using accounting methods that make their revenue look larger or more stable than it really is. >This can include: >Booking multi-year deals upfront This isn't true. A company can only record revenue after the service or product is …
Is COST technically oversold? With a 32RSI, no but pretty close. Is COST undervalued? No. COST has rarely been undervalued in its history, but that doesn't mean that it can't hit the very expensive end of the valuation spectrum, either - the p/e was recently in the mid 50's, close …

Target was going always going to shit the bed. That's what a decade of poor leadership and lack of innovation get you. Doug McMillon rides off into the sunset on a mighty white steed (pulling a wagon full of WMT shares) and will get a building named after him. Brian …
Stocks like WMT and TJX outperformed AMZN by a significant margin. Crazy, isn't it?
What are people thinking of WMT? I bought calls yesterday and I don't know why.
- GOOG: highest net income company in world and rapidly growing, due almost entirely to non-AI revenue streams, at an attractive valuation - AMZN: expanding operating margins on their retail side trading well below WMT and COST, trading at historically low valuation multiples - META: highly exposed to AI, but …

WMT is better
I’m long but it’s super hated rn WMT and TJX numbers not much better than TGTs but both trade at PEs in the 30s..market treats TGT like KSS…walk around the two and you’ll see they aren’t the same…believe it will go up, just don’t know how long it will take…my …
RSG - BRK.B - WMT
WMT, RSG, and WM are all great, stable businesses. But all 3 of them are horrendously overvalued right now which could seriously limit any potential upside if you're buying at their current share prices. PGR might have some modest undervaluation. I'd say MO is finally trading around fair price, not …
